I want to share with you two events that I am participating in next week:

Interview on Doctor Radio (Sirius/XM 81) ? Monday, August 27th at 9:00am ET
Once again, I?ll be joining Dr. Ira Breite on Doctor Radio (Sirius/XM 81) to talk about issues pertaining to celiac disease, gluten sensitivity, the gluten free diet and other GI conditions. ?Dr. Ira and I always have a great time talking about the most current issues and answering callers? questions. ?So, please join us and call in with a question. ?If you can?t join us on Monday, August 27th at 9:00am ET, the show rebroadcasts on Monday evening at 8:00 pm ET, the following Saturday at 4:00 am ET (just in case you happen to be up), and the following Sunday at 6:00 pm ET.

#HealthTalk Twitter Chat with Everyday Health ? Tuesday, August 28th from 1:00pm ? 2:00pm ET
Everyday Health is a wonderful website dedicated to health education. ? They also do a great job of spreading the health word through social media. ?Every week they host a HealthTalk chat on Twitter in which they have an expert join to discuss a particular topic. ?This Tuesday, August 28th from 1:00pm ? 2:00pm ET, I will be the co-host leading a discussion and answering questions from chat participants about setting healthy family routines. ?As we figure out our back-to-school/work routines, NOW is the time to incorporate healthy habits into those routines. ?I will share insights about how we can re-jigger our family routines so that we can eat more healthfully, make time for family meals and get more sleep and exercise. To participate, log onto Twitter (or a Twitter dashboard, such as TweetDeck, TweetChat or HootSuite) and follow the #HealthTalk hashtag.
