IN January, following reports of the ?death of Calabash?, Dr Leahcim Semaj announced his ?fix? for those suffering from PCWS (Post-Calabash Withdrawal Symptoms), and invited Calabash addicts to the Asante Adonai Literary Lyme, in Winefield, St Ann, on Sunday May 22, for a one-day group treatment session, under the theme ?Where Creation meets Creativity.? Semaj states that while ?this [lyme] will not replace the original Calabash, [it] will go a long way to continue the enjoyable therapy provided by immersion in the world of books, writers and readers.? On Sunday May 1, Corporate Area bookstore Bookophilia, will host the official launch of the Asante Adonai Literary Lyme, at their Kingston 6?
