There is nothing quite like having healthy strong nails to make you feel good about yourself, it also an indicator of your level of anxiety and general well-being.
But most of the time stress gets in the way, and breaking a habit can often take a very long time and be demoralising when there aren’t results or if you fall back into the habit. But there is NOTHING more important than making sure that you are functioning at your best.

Stopping nail biting is vital for you to think and perform at your best as well as improving your confidence.
Even if you’ve tried get yourself to stop biting your nails, it’s sometimes the pressure to stop nail biting that ends up making you  bite your nails anyway and it’s so FRUSTRATING!
Even if you’ve tried the self-hypnosis or one of the other fads out there – you’re still no closer to being able to breaking your nail biting habit.
So, not only is it frustrating trying to stop biting your nails, even when you do for short periods, it’s so easy to slip back into old habits and then you get stuck in the same cycle again. It also means that you battle with confidence, feeling like you’ve failed, getting frustrated with yourself, and hating the ugly ragged nails on your fingers.
It couldn’t be easier, and it will give you the assurance that there are steps you can take to stop nail biting for good, and take positive steps towards becoming the person that you want to be.  Someone who is calm in the face of pressure, does not fall back into bad habits and is confident to get through the day.
That was the worst part for me. Wondering if people people could see that I wasn’t coping – knowing that my nail biting habit was unattractive and showed a lack of control.
