My name is Emmerentia.  I’m a South African, a Mother of two beautiful kids and a Passionate Lifestyle Architect and Fitness Expert.

I am an 8-times Comrades Ultra Marathon finisher (that is 56 miles long!), Fitness Model and a Product of The Ultimate Lifestyle.

I’m not a medical doctor, a dietician or a psychologist, but I’m living proof that my lifestyle works.

I’m a specimen of the Ultimate Lifestyle and I’m here to offer you my hand, by sharing my Wellness Wisdom. 

It would be a crime if I don’t because once this picture makes sense to you it is such an effortless and satisfying lifestyle.

It’s a basic, simple, well balanced, holistic, straightforward, no-nonsense, natural, smart way of living…

It took 16 years of firsthand trial and error experiences and in depth research to discover the Ultimate Lifestyle…To discover true Wellness Wisdom. 

Since my discovery complete strangers walk up to me asking, “What on earth are you doing because you are radiating wellness and fitness.”

Such a conversation normally leaves me completely helpless, because a two minute discussion is simply not enough to explain the Principles of my Lifestyle, although it is very basic….

The Ultimate Lifestyle Blueprint was born when I realized that 97% of all women are making the same mistakes that I used to make.

I can see how, despite their dedicated efforts, they are wasting their time in the gym by doing endless cardio sessions and isolated weight training with 2kg (4.4lbs) pink dumbbells.

The reason why most Training and Diet Programs fail is related to the biggest problem I have with most experts in this field.

Meal Planners and Training Programs are dished out without properly explaining the reasoning and philosophies behind it. 

I couldn’t stand it for one more day, having all this knowledge that delivers such amazing results, but couldn’t share it with women that are in desperate need of THE MISSING PUZZLE PIECES.

Women who are sick and tired of failing Diets and Training Programs and need a lasting Solution that REALLY WORKS.

I made a shocking discovery about the Fitness Industry when I realized that bodybuilders have definite “in” and “off” seasons.

My conclusion is that if you can only manage to be in perfect shape for ONLY three or four months of the year that is clearly not evident of a sustainable lifestyle.

I measure everything against SUSTAINABILITY.
