Health and fitness - Diabetes eBook - An eBook for those newly diagnosed with diabetes

These are the questions that raced through my mind in the days and months that followed the diagnosis that changed my life forever.

As you and I both know, there are no words that can honestly describe the pain of receiving the knowledge that you have an incurable condition which will stay with you for the rest of your life.

But then something powerful happened – a pivotal turning point – which positively changed my life and, the lives of others, profoundly in ways that I never even remotely recognized or thought about at the time.

I decided to get out of the depression that came with the diagnosis and search for answers and solutions that would enable me to live as normal and successful a life as possible, even with something as potentially debilitating as Diabetes.

“The Last 15 Years of My Life – Since Diagnosis – Have Been The Most Exciting and Positive Years of My Life Where I’ve Achieved More Of My Goals And Dreams Than I Ever Imagined Possible!”

Life with Diabetes is not only manageable but – with the right approach and attitude – can be even better than life was before you were diagnosed.

What I’m here to tell you is, if you’re newly diagnosed, or have been living with the condition for a number of years, there are 3 vitally important words that you need to hear:

If I could go back in time 15 years’ time and speak to my newly-diagnosed self I would immediately re-assure him that – far from being the end – this was just the start of a new beginning.

I would also let him know that all my hopes and dreams would still be able to come true… even with a difficult diagnosis to deal with.

However, even though there are a lot of reasons to stay positive, even with a diagnosis of Diabetes, it is important to acknowledge the self-evident truth that this is a condition which is difficult to live with and that at times life can be a struggle.

After all, sadly there is no cure for Diabetes and no-one would choose to live with it, if they had a choice.

The most important thing I want to emphasize is that it is still possible to live an excellent life, but that your life will be more difficult than it otherwise would have been.

“4 Reasons Why Your Doctor Will Not Give You All The Best Information On How To Live Successfully With Diabetes…”

Sadly though, what I and many others who have Diabetes have discovered is that many of the things you need to know to maximize your quality of life are not told to you by…
